Coffee Alchemy (24 Addison Road, Marrickville) serve the
best coffee in Sydney, hands down . It’s located in an industrial area and the
store is minimally decorated and feels like a factory. There are very few tables
and limited seating. All they do is coffee (there is no food) and boy do they
do it well! It is always full of coffee lovers, who are sipping their coffee
with a smile of satisfaction on their face.
Today my wife and I ordered cappuccinos ($3.50). Each cup of coffee that I have had at Coffee Alchemy has been consistently outstanding. The aroma of roasted coffee beans is amazing. The coffee was wonderfully smooth and the flavour is robust, with no bitter aftertaste. Coffee Alchemy do other interesting things such as fizzy cold drip coffee, which I will try when it's summer.
